CorrectionEdit

this page needed one correction this is the part than i've corrected (in bold): They are also one of three dragons that possess an "alt" (alternate forms of the same species). i've corrected this because now have 3 dragon species with alts they are: Vine dragons, Black Dragons, and Sweetlings (w/ 3 alt form)

  • Quote from Vapprenon: "there are two dragons with a public "alt" form, not three". Please also remember to sign your posts, 4 tildes ~. Bluesonic1 06:44, February 25, 2010 (UTC)

Huh!? Edit

Ok, first the Green Dragon's old sprite is a recolored Bahamut, now this one's old sprite is a recolored Dragon Pod from Final Fantasy V!? Was Dragon Cave a Final Fantasy fanbase of dragons in old times? 67.173.36.164 15:37, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

The dragons all used to be represented by Sprites from various games, FF was just popular because of the volume of sprite based games which it includes, and the fantasy setting. The copyright was called up, and we had to change them. 82.8.36.234 16:31, November 4, 2011 (UTC)

Rarity of Vine Dragons Edit

I changed the wording from "....impossible to obtain in the main cave..." cos I've seen them there in the past few months....just that it's a rare occurence, apparently. BloodVeil 03:04, September 8, 2010 (UTC)

"Vine" or "Dark Green"? Edit

If the description says this breed of dragons are called "Dark Green", Why the article is named "Vine dragons"? Isn't "Vine" a nickname, like "Storm" for the Gray dragon?

DGD X Rare = Higher % Alt? Edit

180.211.219.91, is there any proof that Vine x Rare = Higher % of Alt? I've heard of this before, and cannot say if it's true or not, but can you provide proof? Like, (I know its not proof but) an alt vine from a Gold x Vine for example? Jediknightkrazy2 (talk) 17:57, October 20, 2012 (UTC)

Question Edit

If I'm understanding this right, you can only achieve an alt by breeding? As in, no caveborn alts? Metsamies (talk) 20:35, March 6, 2015 (UTC)

That's true, Alt Vines can be obtained only by breeding, you can't have them as CB :) They work in the same way as Alt Blacks. MisunderstoodDreamer (talk) 23:54, March 6, 2015 (UTC)
