Adult[]

Blueflame[]

Siorghlas Wyverns reside deep within ancient evergreen forests, where they care for old growth and encourage new saplings to take root. Their close connection to the trees they tend is reflected in their arching, branchlike antlers and the tree and the treelike markings upon their wings, as well as the soft fragrance of pine that follows them wherever they go. Blueflame Siorghlas, recognizable by their pale blue scales and muted wings, tend to use their magic to nurture the trees under their protection, wielding their strong firebreath only in times of need. Though protective of their home, they are kind to travelers who mean no harm and will often offer shelter during times of bad weather. Their dens tend to be in natural caves, the floor lined with moss and soft pine needles. When nesting, Siorghlas Wyverns will weave a cradle of fresh-cut pine branches for their eggs, and hatchlings often sleep in these cribs until they grow too large for them.

Evergreen Siorghlas, recognizable by their green scales and vibrantly colored wings, embrace their fiery side and employ their flames in a controlled manner to burn out old, diseased growth in order to make way for new, healthy trees. Variant determination[]

All Siorghlas Wyvern eggs, whether caught from the cave or bred, begin as the blueflame variant. Eggs with more than 3 days remaining can be transformed into the evergreen variant using the Immolate BSA available to adult Siorghlas Wyverns. Immolate may be used on an egg multiple times, but it has no further effect after the egg becomes evergreen.
