The Western Dragon is the classical dragon. In the cave, the term "western dragon" can loosely define any non-Eastern quadrupedal dragon with wings. Although many variations exist within the classification, they always have at least one pair of wings and four legs. Their wings are commonly membranous, like those of a bat, and they are typically scaly. Exceptions exist, and some westerns possess fur or feathers in place of scales. The heads of Western Dragons are often crowned with crests, horns, or antlers. Most species in the cave are European styled dragons.
