Blue Dinos (Triceratops horridus) are not really dragons at all! Based loosely on the sprites from Yoshi, these shoe-wearing dinos feature a much different, lighthearted style than the more serious dragons. Grown dinos possess no known gender and are therefore unbreedable (however, this is a recent change; dinos in the past were all gendered male and shortly before the change they were also female).

Dinos come in 5 colors: Green, red, blue, yellow and Purple. Purple was the only color not originally on the site from the start and was added recently. The old sprites of the Dinos were actually in fact different colored Yoshi sprites. Dinos have no Breed Specific Action and are classed as rare.

When sorted by "Breed", Blue Dinos are listed as "Yoshi Blue" on a user's scroll.

The oldest "dragon" on Dragon Cave is a Blue Dino named 0ejxa ev Jb0, which in Saurian translates to Yoshi of Sky. It was stolen on May 26, 2006. http://dragcave.net/view/sy7p

"You were right, it's not the same species as the other eggs. So if it's not a dragon, what is it? And look, it's gotten bigger! Maybe it will reach its full size soon."

Adult

"Finally, after much feeding, your baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very tough stomachs."
