노블쉴드 드래곤(Nobleshield Dragon)은 2021년 1월에 출시된 가디언 드래곤과 로열 크림슨 드래곤을 교배시켜 얻을 수 있는 혼혈종으로 신종인 칸토마리스 드래곤과 함께 추가되었습니다.
방패가 특징인 가디언 드래곤과 로열에서 따온 어원인 고결한, 고귀하다란 의미인 Noble과 방패인 Shield의 합성어를 붙인 이름으로 추정됩니다.

"Nobleshield Dragons are aptly named for their self-assumed position as defenders of the innocent. Spurred by their highly protective instincts, these dragons assign themselves to others they perceive as vulnerable to injustice and danger. There is little criteria to be considered for the object of a Nobleshield’s attentions, and it sometimes appears to be a completely random selection. However, most believe themselves lucky to have such a dragon willing to go to extreme lengths to ensure their safety. Whenever the ward of a Nobleshield is threatened, these dragons become frighteningly ruthless—the shields on their tails serve as equally devastating weapons and the plated armor over their more vulnerable body parts is near impenetrable, thus sustaining an impressive endurance through battles. Because of this, these dragons are socially well respected, and only acquiesce authority to dragons proven stronger than themselves."
(노블쉴드 드래곤은 무고한 이들의 보호자로서 자칭하는 입지로 적절히 이름 지어졌습니다. 극도의 보호본능에 자극받아, 이 드래곤들은 스스로를 자신들이 부조리와 위험에 취약하다 여기는 다른 자들을 위해 몸바칩니다. 노블쉴드의 관심 대상으로 고려되는 기준은 별로 없으며, 때로는 완전히 무작위로 선택하는 것처럼 보입니다. 그러나 대부분은 자신들이 자기들의 안전을 확실히 하기 위해 기꺼이 극단적인 수단까지 동원하는 용이 있음을 행운이라 믿습니다. 노블쉴드의 피보호자가 위협받을 때면, 이 용들은 무섭도록 무자비해져서―꼬리의 방패는 파괴적인 무기와 똑같이 작용하며 보다 취약한 신체 부위를 덮은 장갑 갑옷은 뚫는 게 거의 불가능해서, 전투 동안 인상적인 내구력을 뒷받쳐줍니다. 이 때문에 이 용들은 사회적으로 잘 대우받고 오직 자신들보다 강함을 입증한 용들에게만 권위를 묵인해줍니다.)
