When the market says you can´t trade an egg you buy there, does that mean you can´t trade the egg ever? Or could you trade it when it hatches?
I believe you can't trade or transfer any creature bought from the Market, even after it hatches.
Could you breed said dragons and trade the children when they hatch?
Yep, the offspring of Market dragons can be traded without issue, like any other bred egg or hatchling. It's only dragons that have the "Market" location themselves that can't be traded.
